Excelsior

As per the other replies, there are people with 150/150/50. This can be a great disadvantage to a player with the normal 125/125/50. I think that the idea of GM-given gear would prevent relayers, but what about no spells or casting? (Especially druid spells such as Grove, imagine that!)
